Role Overview:

As a Freelance Right Hand - CEO at Seed, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission, your responsibilities will include:

• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the company.

• Client Collaboration: Cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring seamless collaboration with our creative team.

• Pitching New Ideas: Develop and pitch new creative concepts to clients, aligning with Seed's values of Drive, Empower, Transform, and Impact.

• Creative Concept Development: Lead the development of new creative concepts for the company, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the forefront.

• Opportunity Exploration: Identify and pursue freelance opportunities and partnerships in the film and music industry that align with Seed's mission.

• Strategic Growth: Contribute insights for the strategic growth of Seed, embracing the transformative power of films.

Compensation:

• Your compensation will be a negotiated percentage of the company's ROI (Return on Investment), inclusive of freelance pay, along with a bonus, all reflecting your invaluable contribution to Seed's success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of freelance experience in the film, music, or media industry.

• Excellent communication skills, emphasizing collaboration and understanding diverse perspectives.

• Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a freelance and remote work environment.
